Valerie Hoskins, the founder, and president of Precise Educational Solutions has more than a decade of experience leading major Change initiatives in workforce development, clean energy, and program management. As a Certified Scrum Master and Greenbelt Six Sigma.
Ms. Hoskins combines her background in continuous improvement and project management, with her expertise in change management & diversity, equity & Inclusion (DE&I) to create a customized approach that addresses both the people and process
components of transformation. She specializes in building high-performing cross-functional teams to tackle complex problems. Ms. Hoskins is a proud alumna of North Carolina A&T State University, where she holds a B.S. in Industrial & Systems engineering, and also serves as the founder and president of Precise Process Consulting, a boutique consulting firm specializing in driving transformation for Fortune 500 clients

Goals
Precise Educational Solutions dedicates itself to enhancing educational opportunities for students across the nation, especially those attending historically black colleges. We strive to make a lasting impact by partnering with universities and providing initiatives funded through federal grants. With this initiative, they are helping a new generation of students reach their educational goals on both the local and federal level.
